"Yes," Aspen padded over to a small clearing. "I'm hungry. Grow me a carrot." He looked at her expectantly.

" Grow it? I have never done that before?" She said tilting her head as she sat down

Elk walks around a little until feeling tired and soon lays down in the sunlight

" I always say 'better to try and fail, than fail to try.' what do you think?" Aspen asked Blue.

She smirked and focused on the ground trying to change the grass so she could grow a carrot She relaxed and let the grass around her paws crawl up her legs forming vines as she closed her eyes a small sprout appeared in between her paws where she was focusing all her energy. She Opened her eyes breathing heavily now and the vines receded into grass again. She pulled the sprout from the ground showing a scrawny pitiful looking turnip She laughed and handed it to Aspen " Hope your not too hungry Haha" She shook out her fur and stood more squarely getting ready to try again

"Ha ha! Your good! Try imagining the shape, texture and taste of a carrot next time, it helps sooo much!"

She tilted her head a little " I have never seen a carrot..."

"Huh. I think humans have them. We had them growing in the mountains. Purple was my favourite colour for a carrot, followed by white. What sort of plants do you know... Other than turnips..." Aspen grinned misceviously at her.
