Just go into your inventory, select the items to trade (hold the shift key when selecting items and a new item slot if you have to unstack them) then select the little envelope with the green arrow that's highlighted just under the inventory and above the purchase tab/use item/broker item/sell item(s) buttons. Put my user name in the recipients field and then hit send item. :)
