"Yes I'm sure." he growled. "I just have a friend that's keeping me from eating any souls. He helps sustain me."

"If you are what you say you are then I have to kill you," She said in a serious tone, "Your kind is dangerous. Most are aggressive or weird, like Batella... or Gateripa. Is he one of your kind too?"

"I don't know who you're talking about. I've only met two others like me today. " His knees began knocking against one another.

"You don't? Batella? Leader of the Shadeist community. Known for being a big butt," She rolled her eyes, thinking he was stupid, "Your not like the others, are you?"

Yeah. I am actually getting excited to get to work in a few years. I want to start putting my animations out to be noticed.)

"There are... more?" He tilted his head, no longer scared. His eyes seemed to widen in wonder. "I'm... I'm not alone? I just know my dad and I think a weird person that just disappeared when they sensed you. Not sure if they where too like me though."

"Of course, it's my job to hunt and capture them," The girl said with a nod as she watched him curiously, "Many more, a whole world, the Shadow Valley, they call it. It's a place they can go but others can not."

(Hey, practice makes perfect, right? I bet you'll soon make the best fries ever! And not yet, I've been taking a few months to work on two and they're coming along pretty slow. But they look pretty good so far.)

"ooo!, like how I can go into my little room? I keep things in there, and let Jasper sleep there sometimes when the alley we stay in gets too cold."

(I guess, but no matter how fast I box them it isn't fast enough. I guess I'll get better eventually. Sounds cool! I can't focus enough to draw anything so no animation for me xD. I bet they look amazing!)

"I guess, I've never been there before. I heard it's pretty though," She said with a wistful smile.
