It was quiet. And it seemed like a maze. (Too lazy to re-write the actual description...sorry)

Since this time she isn't dying while going through, she notices it. She's just looking for a non-monster to ask for directions to find the trod-lady she vaguely remembers.

There's literally nothing. No sounds, no animals, nothing creepy this time.

Well she just keeps going.

Ares is pretty unnerved.

She notices. She takes out a sedative, breaks it in half and then breaks half of that, and feeds him the fourth of the sedative. This is enough to calm him down without making him fall asleep mid-walk.

Well, he wasn't worried anymore.

Good. The sedatives are really strong, so of course it'd work quickly. Just one tiny pill (they're shaped like Tums but thinner and a sort of grey-brown color) is enough to knock out an entire horse for a few hours, within less than a minute.

Wow. It was good that she had broken it up.

Yeah. Back when she first got them, she had to cut them in half or she'd be unconscious for three whole days. They're meant for particularly dangerous adults who may need to be knocked out immediately, but they're the only kind she was ever able to get. Even now they still knock her out for several hours.
