"You're Kentaro, right?" I ask him. "I remember you from your presentation," I rumble softly.

"Oh," he understood wanting to escape the noise, though he'd assumed the two were friends, "I wasn't paying very much attention, did you give your introduction?" Kenta questioned, fumbling with his chopsticks and mumbling something about them being 'cursed sticks'.

"Yeah, I did," I mumble. Figures nobody was paying attention. "I have a flame quirk," I say, lighting up the tip of my finger with a blue flame, like a birthday candle. I snuff it before my tail and horns decide to catch fire. My scowl lifts from my face for a moment as I smirk at Kentaro fumbling with his chopsticks. He reminds me of my little sisters. As quickly as it came, my smile flees from my face as I go back to my regular serious face.
I set down my own chopsticks and grab Kentaro's hands, placing the chopsticks in his hands how he should be holding them, furling his fingers around them, and looking him in the eyes.
"Like this," I say, before turning away and picking up my own food, going back to eating.
(*nods* cursed sticks)
(Ack why is this so long xD)

I jump slightly as Kentaro raises his voice. If he was smaller and a girl, he would literally be my little sister Nino, quiet most of the time, but loud and jumpy when something excites them. I can't help but grin again.
I create a small orb of glowing blue flames, holding it between my cupped palms.
I look at the glowing blue flames, the same color as my eyes. I tilt my grinning face up to look at Kentaro, trying to gauge his reaction.
(They're each their own type of childish OvO)

I chuckle softly, surprising myself. It's been a while since I've laughed.
"Probably not a good idea. It is fire, after all," I say with a smile. A sudden jolt of insecurity runs through me. I must look so soft, sitting over here grinning with the quiet kid.
My smile dissolves and I close my hands, snuffing the flame. I need to get my emotions under control. He may be like Nino, but he's not Nino. He'd leave me in the dust if he found out my family situation.
I can't afford to let my emotions get in the way of my schoolwork, and the reason I'm here.
I turn back to my food and continue eating.
(I've been pinging her every few posts, just to be annoying xD)

Kenta turned toward his food as well, though he only used one chopstick to scoop up his rice, fake{ish}-pouting every time he glanced over at Okumura.
[mostly at Kenta's idiocy that I may or may not be projecting off myself, if you haven't noticed already 1. Kentaro is a reckless idiot, but also 2. In a lot of my characters I project little pieces of myself in them, like with Kentaro-- I have pretty sensitive hearing so loud noises are a no-no, and with my villain guy, we're both pretty clingy people, but I think Souta and I are the most similar-- especially clothing wise lol]
