As you pick it up, it glows brighter before the glowing fades away, until it looks like an ordinary tablet with some strange carvings.

"Oh, that must be another runestone. I've seen a few lying around, but I've always been told to leave them alone. Nobody knows what they do, or what they are for. At least as far as i know."

I Carefully slip it into my bag making sure it's in a safe spot I pick up Essix and walk over to Fawn let's continue I say

The Nogar looks down.
"Well, actually i was hoping i could join you. I don't mind humans, I've had a few good encounters with them, but dragon trappers i despise. I was born with them, as they bred my mother with another one of their 'pets'. It actually was a dragon, so you could say I'm a hybrid. They took me and used me for gaining money. They said i was a dragon, and actually they aren't truly lying. I hate being part dragon though. I know how evil they are, and i never want to be like them. Because i spent my entire life with humans, i guess it's kind of a habit. I want to stay with you. Besides, i like adventures. And it sounds like you are going to have a big one."

To your surprise the Nogar-Dragon brightens up.
"Of course! This might be my dragon kinship, but I'm ready for a little revenge on them. Without their keys they won't trap anymore Nogars. And i don't really care if they leave the dragons alone or not, except what they do with the dragons is unacceptable. They should never force breed. And i gained more control with my abilities once the chains were off. I think those chains drain magical energy."

Not much Essix found one before we met you so right now I have two of them but they're pretty magical and they probably have an important use I say as I follow Fawn South
