D was still eating, half done. But she still gave a worried look to Kate because she only had seen others play with their food out of depression. And then days or hours later the specimen would die of sorrow or poisoning. Depended.

She didn't know that, so she soon stared at Kate in worry, wanting to take action if needed if she showed any signs of nodding off or giving up on everything.

She still kept watch over the girl, she loved her TOO MUCH to let her fall to depression. Even if she worried because of her experiences, she still didn't want such a thing to happen to her dear Kate.
