As you walk the trees grow in size. Soon they are giant. What do you look around for?
(ignore the fir trees in the backgroud)
Any hollow trees or a cave of some sort. It'd be nice shelter from the rain and wind.

He nods, eyes narrowed in concentration. It is soon his sight. He gives a pounce but just barely misses, the shrew darting back under a tree root. It was good form and seeing as how it was his first time it was impressive. He looks angry with himself and lets out a snarl, "I'll never be able to hunt if I can't catch a measly shrew" he says, looking down.

Once you are five feet it seems to smell you and gets ready to make a dash for its burrow

"Tally, it's just a shrew. It would barely even make a difference to our hunger. Let's go find something bigger." She asssured him, her paw rested on his shoulder. She sniffed the air for any other prey scents.

She nods, crouching and slowly stalking closer. Once she is close she gives a giant pounce and lands on the hare, snapping its neck.
