Vex groaned and sat back down to the side of the tree. She glanced up at the sky and thought of everyone she met and smiled. At least she knew she brought some good even if it brought her to her end.

She glanced towards the rustling sound, not bothering to check herself over for a weapon. She hurt too much.

more rustling, and then rustling surrounded you from all sides, seeming to spin and confuse you.

She closed her eyes and tilted her head back slightly, only moving to have a sing hand hold her head. The pain and confusion was giving her a headache, groaning louder.

it kept going, spinning and spinning and suddenly...

it stopped.

then she saw 4 pairs of reptillain eyes watching her.

Once the noises stopped, she opened her eyes and locked eyes with the other set of eyes watching her.
She maintained eye contact for a brief moment before she closed her eyes again.
"Listen, if you wanna eat me, go ahead. I'm already tenderized but I doubt I'd be any good.."

the eyes closed, before 4 velociraptors crawled out, circling her and sniffing it curiously. then a fifth one walked out, and she could tell it was the alpha. it was a lot bigger, had a feathered crest, and had a streak of red and green scales down its side and tail. the alpha barked at the raptors, and the others seemed to nod before draping something over your face, blinding you.

Vex tilted her head to the side a bit, trying to get a better look at the alpha before they blinded her, but concentrating was hard since her head still hurt. As they blinded her, she didn't struggle and let them do what they were going to do.

she couldnt see any better that way. then she suddenly smelled something sickly sweet and passed out.

she woke up in a tent, with a raptor watching the enterance to it.
