i walk into the dinning room and see all the people and all the noise. i took out my headphones and put them over my ears and then walked over to where the plates were to get myself a plate of food. i thought to myself 'i hope the food here is better than the food i was stuck with before i came here'

Danielle saw Otso briefly and waved, trying to get his attention. Kerri watched her and scowled somewhat.
"you seriously calling him over?" he asked. Danielle blinked.
"Um... No?"

I walk up to them and ask "Do you mind if I come with you to hunt?" After asking I shuffle my feet and wings and my tail starts to twitch. Oh great I'm nervous I won't make a good firs impression in front of my teacher. If I cans deal with the hunters I can deal with a teacher. I slowly begin to stand up straighter than I was before still nervous but not showing it.

Nemir's smile only widened.
"I don't have a problem with it," he said easily. If anyone needed a bit of a calming effect it was this little lady! He watched her shuffle before puffing herself up and he grinned. There were some days he loved being a teacher. This was one of them. It was always so rewarding to see the students grow into themselves.

"Okay then can we go now because I'm starving still because nothing satisfies your hunger better than blood and fresh raw meat!" Soon I'm bouncing around with excitement and sparks of lightning start flying off of me so I try to calm myself down so I don't electrocute anyone.

On the plate was cooked meat of some kind and next to were colorful green stuff. Ina hadn't seen something like this before. The only thing that she could eat back at her mountain were animals and berries. Some of the green stuff looked like red berries but they were much bigger. Barnabas talked about edible plants before that weren't berries. Could this be it?

With her eyes on the dish as she sat down, Ina asked Nico, "What are these green things next to the fried meat?"
She folded her wings more and had her tail trailing away from the seat to be comfortable. Her tail was almost a tripping hazard.

The cold was slightly less present than it was before...

Kyle swiftly grabbed some food than sat down at a table. It sure smelled good! Kyle didn't really eat much, but after all that happened today, he actually had an appettie.

Kyle smiled at Eloi. "Sorry, I'm just excited about being here." He said, referring to him running off. "Have you chosen a weapon yet, Eloi?" He asked, curiosity glinting in his eyes.

Zane stared at the steak. "Woah, this looks amazing!" He said loudly. "This is unlike any meal I've ever had." He said.

"Nope!" Eloi said, grinning. "I'll choose one with Otso, my cousin. He's in the same class as us!"

Otso raised a hand, smiling awkward before finding some food.

Danielle turned and frowned at her brother.
"were you mean to your roommate?!" She asked. Kerri smiled lazily.
"I am never mean. I just had to put him in his place," Kerri responded. Danielle didn't like the sound of that. She would go see the male after she got herself a plate of food, cautiously making her way over to Otso.
"Hi...."
