I have no idea. I didn't even know it existed before today. But if it really is a runestone, then it should make these dragon trapper chains get off, right?

When you ask where it is, it pauses for a moment, thinking. Then draws this:

The Nogar lifts up it's leg with the chain on it, and you gently touch the runestone to it. Suddenly the clasp pops opens in a bright golden flash, startling you both. The chains fall to the ground, and for a moment neither of you speak. Then the Nogar jumps up and does a forward flip, landing on it's feet.
"I don't think I've been this free since the first week i was born!" it chirps excitedly.
