Tails flicked an ear. "Ugh. Last time we went there, I would have laughed at the structural integrety of the buildings if we wern't racing to stop the Death Egg and an emotionally unstable echidna wasn't hot on our tails,"

I sighed, "The structures are unstable, I got my foot stuck and Knux helped me." I said looking at my shoe.

Tails smiled. "He did? That was nice of him. Are you okay?"

I nodded, "Yeah, but then he asked what I was gonna do after I left the island." I said with a frown.

"Is that a bad thing?" Tails asked, confused.

I shrugged, "I dunno, he's never asked me that before."

"We've only known him for a couple months, Tails reminded the blue hedgehog. "There's a lot he hasn't asked us yet,"

I nodded, "True." I said.

Amy frowned, "So how did you meet Knuckles?" she asked.

"Well, Sonic here found an artifact with the location of this place. So naturally, we went to check it out." Tails started. "When we were approaching the shore, Sonic decided to go the rest of the way in Super Form...." He looked at Sonic as if to tell him to tell what happened next.

"When I landed I got a greeting from Knuckles, although not the good kind." I said with a sigh.
