I do apologize, I am very new. How exactly does this work for adopting? Are the only pets available now the ones on the first page, or is there somewhere else I should go to see them all?

I read your descriptions of the special pets like wheel etc. but what exactly does "tagged" mean and how or why does a pet become "tagged"?
