"Probably a criminal." One soldier mutters under her breath. The others nod in agreement, but stop when the General shoots them a glare.

He flinched, his tail coiling and uncoiling in the same way someone would wring their hands when stressed.

"You're part pouka, Virasu. Does that make you a criminal?" The High General's tone remains calm, but he's clearly annoyed at the soldier who had made the accusation. Who, now that Makura points it out, does have fluffy black fur under her feathers.

He turns back to Skullio. "My apologies. They're new."

He nodded. *I understand. And. . . Im actually not a hybrid. Im more of. . . More of a mutation. I was born with a bunch of deformities that got me exiled. But it did give me some abilities.* he said, waving his prehilsile tail.

He tilts his head, even more curious. "What other powers?"

He smiled. *well, while I can take damage, I dont fall easily and can fight very well. My tail and tongue are prehensile and I can use them very well. My skull is very durable and cant be hurt without a lot of blunt force. My bite is super strong. Im super strong and pretty fast. However, my body Is always on the brink of starvation and need a lot of food, escpecially after a lot of effort.*

He tilts his head. "Have you ever considered joining the army?"

He frowned. *wouldnt I not be allowed due to my. . . Appearance?*
