"Ok. If you say so." Riley says, not wanting to push the little guy. ( *thinking about adding Azrail in here* because when do you ever not need him? )

Scarab was having a fun time by themself, doing all sorts of things since they didn't have to keep still.

(Hmmmm.... always xD, I'm joking... or am I?)

He nodded, standing up, "My home was destroyed... I don-n't have anywh-here to go," He started crying.

"Not cute, dangerous. It must have been here for a reason, I wonder why? We should be on guard," Mr. Lit said with a sigh.

"You can stay with me. Nobody would mind letting a cute guy like you stay in their house until we can build you a new house." Riley says, crouching to be the level with the boy. He wipes Oliver's tears away.

Brian saddened, but couldn't stop bouncing. "Oh, on guard guard guard. Yes!" He nodded with a determined expression.

"Really," He squeaked looking surprised, gently grabbing Riley's hand in a adorable way, "Thank you. I promise I'm not a burden," He hugged Riley again, sniffling a bit.

"Well let's head back. Need to make sure the others are doing well," Mr. Lit said with a sigh as he took off in the air, flying back towards the others.

Brian shifted and took off after Mr.Lit.

Jess sighed and slithered after them.

"I couldn't picture you ever being a burden, so no worrying about it." Riley says, glancing up as his class flew back to class. "Um, I've got class. I'm not sure if they'll allow you there, but you can try coming if you want. If you'd prefer being left at my home alone, we can do that too..." Riley leaves it up to Oliver to decide what he wanted to do.

Mr. Lit landed back in the class area, stretching his wings, "Easy peasy. Now, do you all remember what I... wait, where is Riley," He looked around, a little confused, "He'll be back eventually, if not we can search for him."

Kisa rolled her eyes, very bored. She had to deal with blind child being annoying, but she thought everyone was annoying.

"Please let me come. I don't want to be alone," He clung to him like a burr, only letting go as his right arm started to throb and he winched a bit, holding it close to hide it, not like the long sleeves sweater didn't hide it.

Brian bounced to his seat, but just stood by it.

Jessie slithered to hers, laying by it lazily. She didn't care who was missing.

"Ok. You can come." Riley says, "But right after we're going to go see if we can help that arm of yours. I'm assuming you can fly?" He says, flapping his own wings and hovering.

Scarab was glad everyone was back. "How'd it go?" They ask, sitting in their seat.
