Emily finally noticed the basement door, she reached towards it when the kettle started whistling. She hurried quickly and quietly back to the kitchen, taking the kettle off the stove. Goose stuck his tongue out, giving her a huge grin, tail wagging like crazy.

"No, I think I got everything here," She pulled out two glasses and poured the boiling water in them.
She then put in her home made tea bags in. She then carried the tea over, being careful not to spill it.
"Here you go," She handed her the glass before sitting down with her own.

She also took a sip of her tea.

"Actually I have four," She corrected her, giving her a goofy grin, "I have five cats though. I have to be careful, they try to eat my other pets, so I have to keep them separate. Do you have any pets?"
