Marco came closer,letting Drake put his hand there,and couldn't pull his gaze from Drakes mouth as his free arm slipped around Drakes torso gently,his face lowering to the other boys. His heart was hammering in his ears,his face a wild blush and his purple eyes dancing with beautiful shades of lavender.

Drake leaned up and felt his lips reach the Marco's. It felt like fireworks were exploding in the background, it was too perfect. Suddenly, he remembered his father again. He pulled back, turning his head away and crossing his arms in front of him, his face crimson.
"I... I'm sorry, I can't..."

Marco's chest fluttered as their lips brushed but his eyes grayed slightly with hurt as Drake pulled back and crossed his arms between the two. "...I....understand.It's fine." he said,pulling himself away from Drake and his hands quickly sliding into his pant pockets and his gaze dropping to the ground. His tone was a bit...hard...to hide his hurt. He hated the fact that it hurt,that it hurt as bad as it did. He had no right to feel hurt,and he knew it.

"No no, it's not... it's not that I don't want to.. er- didn't.. I mean, I..."
He stuttered, trying to hide his flustered face.
Drake risked a glance up at Marco, and saw the hurt hidden behind his eyes. He immediately looked back down, and felt more tears stinging his eyes.

Marco just shook his head,his sky blue hair swinging slightly as he did so,and he tried to give Drake as much a soft and happy tone as he could once he looked back at him. "It's fine,really." He said,but felt really bad that Drake was looking down,he felt...as if he didn't want to look at him. His shoulders dropped slightly. "I'm sorry...I shouldn't have bothered you in the first place." He mumbled.

"No no no no no! I..."
His silent tears turned into heavy sobs, and he hugged Marco. He didn't know what came over him, but he hugged him nonetheless. He buried his face in his chest, tears wetting his shirt.

Marco was shocked at the sudden hug,no one having hugged him in years,and felt even worse for having made Drake cry. He gently wrapped his arms around the boy,blushing deeply as Drake buried his face in his chest. He wrapped his arms around Drake gently. "Shhh...I'm sorry..." He said softly,feeling the other boys tears as they wet his shirt.

"I- I- I- I'm sorry, I... it's just... my.. my dad says that if a boy likes another both, then they'll.. they'll both go to (heck). I... I mean, I don't mean to say that I like you if you don't... don't feel the same and... and I..."

Marco blushed dark red and gently stroked Drakes hair,tentatively. "It's okay...I understand what he believes. I've heard others speak like that before.But being honest,it mostly depends on the person and how they think it'll turn out,but...not to be rude,but I don't believe that.And...I like you...b-but you d-don't have to return my feelings..."

"I.. I..."
His words were interrupted by more sobs, and he pressed his face into his chest again.
