Cricket runs circles around the lynx back and forth, laughing the entire time. His proud personality keeps him from playing safe.

The lynx jumps on Cricket and sinks his claws into his back.
Arien tries to get the lynx of Cricket.

Cricket laughs/whinnies in pain and gallops faster. He leaps at the nearest, stronger branches to knock the lynx off his back.

The lynx holds tight to Cricket's back.
Arien runs after Cricket only to rear up in surprise as another comes out of the bushes, "Cricket the water cats hate water!"
The tracks leading to the lake are still visable though slightly misformed.

Cricket tries to shrug and laughs nervously with pain. He runs to the lake and dives in.

The lynx hisses when in the water trying to swim letting Cricket go.
The second lynx runs off at when a thundering cry rings out.
Arien trembles, "The Vulpin herd!'

"I think I know where we're going next.."
Cricket sighs when unease, blood oozing into the water lapping at his hide.

Vulpes bares her teeth at the two colts, "Get out of the lake it's for drinking not contaminating! After you get out of the water get away from my herd."
Arien turns to run away trembling.
"Perhaphs we should hear them out Vulpes and treat their wounds," An mare beside Vulpes whinnes, "besides they know they're trespassing."
Vulpes glares at the two, before turning to the grey mare "Do as you please Whisper but do not let them out of your sight."

Cricket climbs out of the lake.
"Sorry, there, Miss... We were attacked by a lynx and the lake was the only way to get it off my shoulders."
Cricket entered his whole respectful demeaner and lowered his head.
