Meer walks next to Kara as she stalks around the room, peering at different weapons. Finaly Meer puts a hand on Kara's side signaling for the Faelora to stop. They stand in front of a rack of different bows and arrows. Kara seems to observe the rack before Meer bends down and picks up a brown and black bow with white pieces of bone-like fragments worked into the frame. Strapping a matching quiver of arrows on her back Meer and Kara simultaneously turn around to face Mai and Vengence. "I think I take the bow if that's okay." Meer says while Kara silently peers at them.
The girl fawns over your puff. "He's so sweet and pretty! I can't imagine how you would have felt when he hatched? Or did you find him in the Wild? Oh what am I saying he's positively radiant either way!" She reaches out to pat him on the head, Heuchera rolling his bird-eyes. This appears to be a commonality when she meets anyone new.
"I got him from a breeder," I tell her, smiling. "But I had him when he hatched, it was amazing if I do say so myself," I tell her

I found her on marketplace. Maybe if we ever meet again I can sell you a Ryo with these traits? I have a male back there!'

"I prefer the sword myself, yet-" He is cut off by a loud shriek coming from the entrance to camp, screaming and shouting following behind. "For the love of- we need to go help them fend off those shadows. If they get inside, here it's over for this base camp." Mai draws his sword and runs toward the forest, disappearing into the raging bushes, Vengence dashing behind him. A nasty growl invites you to join him.

Lyra nods in agreement. "I would imagine. Caring for the rescued sylestis is tiresome work, but i do so enjoy when an egg hatches into a beautiful hatchling!" She then slumps over in sadness. "It's such a shame this curse affects them, I'd hate to release them back into their home, only for them to be taken by her" Heuchera trills in sadness.

"That would be incredibly kind of you! Heuchera, would you want a new friend with rare traits?" She looks over to her Aurleon, the large bird chirping in a serious tone. "I suppose we do have enough friends back at the sanctuary.... maybe one day though." Her face asddens. "Each time we rescue a sylesti from the curse, they come to my sanctuary. I can't release them back into the wild or they could be taken over again...." Heuchera makes another, sad chirp.
