She watched as the boy took flight and quickly glanced around. She sprinted towards an alleyway, then was shocked to see two people talking. One had the same voice as... the AK. Her eyes widened and she tripped and fell mid-run.

Cole growled and spread his wings, allowing his shadow to cover the AK and angel fighting. He didnt want either to die, but he needed to get their attention. So he decided to creep em out.

I stood and watched the people talking about animals I noticed something off about the one sitting. I heard the sound of wings and tensed up.
First AKs and now angels. Just great this day is off to a good start already. I mumbled under my breath.
I hissed when my wing twinged painfully. The cuts from his latest attempt to cut off his wings must have been reopened again.

Cole dove off the building, spreading his wings when he was about to hit the ground. He beat his wings, slowing his fall, and landed softly. He watched the half-angel and the AK carefully, and not saying anything.
