I don't know. If you do, they may take your Netbook, but also because you might get bad foster parents. But, you wouldn't be homeless and maybe get good foster parents.

Routers are all locked these days as soon as they are installed so free wifi from peoples homes is not that plausible. No shelter would let you in without shoes due to health reasons and if they were kind enough to let that happen they would buy you some shoes.
Unfortunately I dont believe any of this so yeah I hope your parents know your on websites pretending to be homeless. Or if your an adult well shame on you.
