Fawndust crouched down on her haunches as she snarled, jumping up on the air. She was fine with the badgers claws as she leapt up, aiming for the neck and to bit the inside. She felt blood trickle down her shoulder, unsure if it was her own or the badgers, as she bit in hard to the neck.

Juniperpaw slashed the badger's pelt and blood stained the floor.Pebblestar was unsure of whose blood it was.The badger tried wriggling away from Fawndust but her grip was strong.The badger hissed and suddenly a yowl screamed through the air.Two more badgers,adolescents,not fully grown but old enough to fight,had slipped through the trees and one pounced on top of Juniperpaw.Fawndust continued in her fight against the first badger and Pebblestar fought the other badger.Gorgepaw,where are you? He thought as badger claws narrowly missed his ear.They needed more cats if they were going to win.Where were the cats he had sent Gorgepaw to fetch?

Mallows ears pinned back and she looked down towards the ground, she was scared to face whatever it was, but didn't want Featherstone to get hurt, "Why don't we just leave it to the clan..?" she murmured quietly.

-No, I want to help.- He turned to her. He kept forward, not to far from her. We can just go check it out, if they need help we are there.

Fawndust clung on and broguht her paws up so they slashed at the badgers shoulder while she continued to maul it's throat, she clung on near it's neck. She knew she could easily be thrown off, but the damage would be bad.

Copper flung himself intot he clear and in two large bounds, onto the back of the biggest badger. His claws ripped viciously through it's fur and his eyes gleamed with anger and bloodlust. He turned to see Juniperpaw and crashed down, sending the badger bowling as he racked his claws violently down it's stomach and side.

Mallow took a step backwards and she shook her head, "I-I better check on Vixenleap.."

-Okay, I am going to help them fight.- He turned back to her as he leaped towards the oldest and strongest.
He clung on like a burr, his long claws sinking into its flesh as he tore into its flank with his back claws.

Juniperpaw leapt on top of the badger Pebbelstar was fighting.He pinned him to the ground while Pebblestar slashed his claws across it.Then the badger leapt up high in the air and Juniperpaw lost his grip.He tumbled to the floor just as Gorgepaw arrived with the reinforcements.Stoneeyes,Mousepelt and Stormheart came charging through.The badger slashed hard across Juniperpaw's belly and as blood poured out,the world turned black for Juniperpaw.The last thing he saw was his sister bravely taking on the badger

Gorgepaw pelted across the clearing as her brother tumbled to the floor.As the badger violently tore apart his fur,Gorgepaw let out a growl.The badger turned and glared at Gorgepaw.Gorgepaw ran forward and swiped her claws at the badger."Leave my brother alone!"She hissed.She remembered a move her mentor had tought her and and ran past it,raking a claw down it's belly.Pebblestar joined her and leapt on top of the badger.The two fought fiercely and writhed across the floor."Check on Juniperpaw"Pebblestar meowed.Gorgepaw ran to her brother and pressed her muzzle to his bloody fur."Don't leave me"She meowed.He lifted his head weakly.She dragged him across the ground to a sheltered spot in a tree."I'll come back,don't worry"She said,unsure of whether he could here her.She licked off the blood on her fur from her brother and ran back to the battle.She saw that Pebblestar was now aided by Mousepelt and Copperstar had Stoneyes helping.She looked around and spotted Stormheart dragging her brother in the direction of camp.She noted to thank Stormheart when this was over.She spotted Fawndust alone and went to aid her."You distract him and I'll slash him."She meowed.She knew the old she-cat would not take kindly to an apprentice bossing her around but there was no choice.

Gorgepaw leapt at the badger.She jumped onto it but was soon shoved off.She tried clawing it but the badger was swift and dodged her attacks.She turned to Featherstone,"I'll go check on Fawndust"She meowed and ran to the queen.She tried dragging her onto her feet."Can you stand?"She asked
