"I'll you whatever you need. Do you think you'll be able to stitch the wound yourself? I can't do it. I have never done anything like that, and it's not the right time for me to try."
He had seen wounds being sutured before. He had even needed stiches himself, two or three time, when he was younger (When you are a little boy who climbs trees and runs on rocky slopes, sometimes you fall...). But having seen someone else doing something does not always means that you can do it too... Not if it is surgery and you can't use your dominant hand!

" Yeah I think I can do it. Ive treated some of my own injuries before. I think ill just need you to hand me supplies. After im done and all stitched up, Ill need paper so I can write down everyone's injuries, and treat them. Im feeling more and more like a doctor each minute. " She laughed softly. " Ill get started then. "

Ivory grabbed some torn blankets, to catch any blood while she worked. She took a good amount of painkillers and waited for them to kick in, she set beside her, operating scissors, an operating knife, and tweezers, along with a needle and stitches and gauze, lots and lots of gauze. " I might need you to talk to me while I do this, my painkillers wont last forever and I need to save the rest for the others. " She prepared and took her sweater off, and ripped the bottom half of her tank top off, it was bruised, and still lightly bleeding. She took a shaky breath and she applied alcohol to clean anything. " And I suggest you dont look at it. " She added.

"I won't look. If you need help, tell me." Ethan said before turning his head in the opposite direction.
"But I have seen blood before, you know. We had to take one of my younger sisters to the hospital again not even two months ago. Horse riding accident... She was bleeding, we feared her leg was broken. It was nothing serious in the end. Of course for my mother my other siblings and I were responsible for this. The twins are too young, they are children, we should go slowly when they are with us, we should not take them to ride in the woods, blah, blah blah... As if we forced them to come! They always want to follow us everywhere. These girls are even worst than me when I was their age!"
He paused for a short time.
"Are you OK? What to do you want me to speak about? If we didn't have an accident, I would have told you that planes are one of the safest way to travel, but I am not sure I could say that anymore."

Vixen listened while she prepared to pull the shard. She used the medical plyers to get a grip and she took a deep breath, the painkillers had set in, but they weren't strong enough to elude this type of pain.

" Yeah I'm fine, what's your favorite animal and why? " She asked trying to get a conversation going. She shook as she prepared to pull, she didn't want to jerk it, or else it could rip and damage more tissue, she would have to go a bit slow, and pull straight. It would be a painful process, but risks less damage. She pulled slowly, and let out a small shriek, then took a break for a second, without her noticing, tears slid down her cheeks. She did it again, and the glass was half way out.

"Why do you think my mother made me this plushie and I have a dog? It has always been my favorite animal. Dogs are loyal, intelligent, sociable and protective. They are still close cousin to wolves even if we domesticated them. They can be cute, but they are not weak."
He heard the shriek, and was wondering if she was really fine or if it was a lie.
"Let me know if you need something!"

" I love wolves the most, so pretty, and dogs too! Its okay, its almost out. " Ivory said weakly, she was starting to lose a little too much blood. She gave the shard one last little tug, and it dropped into the cloth she had set up, she covered her mouth to bite back a yelp, but it felt better. She pulled out a few more slivers and small pieces, and breathed a sigh of relief.

" Its out, im jut going to clean up the blood and put stitches in it. " She said, she had almost a sleepy tone in her voice. She cleaned all the blood up, and prepared for the stitches. She started the first stitch, and make a small yelp, but it didnt hurt as bad as pulling the glass out. She finally finished the last stitch, and set the tools down. She cleaned the rest of the blood, but she felt something wasnt right, she was dizzy and the room spinned slightly.

" Could you get me the gauze and wraps please? Im all done. "

Ethan took wraps in the survival kit, and picked up the gauze that the girl had already prepared.
"Here. Do you need anything else? Do you feel better?"
She was pale and sickly again. It was probably normal. Taking off the shard had opened the wound. Looking at the blood soaked cloth, she had been bleeinding a lot. Nobody looks particularly fine and healthy immediatly after a surgical act.
"Can you breath normally, now?" he added, after a few seconds of reflection.

" Do we have any water bottles? I need to drink something, and I can breathe great now, it feels much better. " She half heartily smiled. She put her jacket back on, and cleaned up all her supplies and blood. " Lets treat you now, your wrist looks in pretty bad shape, any other injuries I should know of? " She asked, sitting down and scribbling some stuff down on a piece of paper. Notes for injuries and conditions. Her normal color hadnt returned yet, but she seemed perfectly fine.

"There is water in the survival kit, have some. I saw that some of the drink supply from the plane did survive, so we don't have to worry about that for now".
He was not sure he wanted anyone to know about his injuries. He didn't wanted to look weak, and he was not sure if there was something they could do about them. He sighed, and decided to let her have a look at his right arm.
"I have something on my forehead. I probably banged my head during the fall, I don't think I have any severe trauma. It's not bleeding... Or is it?" He was afraid to touch it, as it made it hurt more. "I also feel like I have bruises everywhere... It's nothing serious, just annoying".

" Im going to make sure its not broken okay? She lightly felt it, trying not to press too hard. She smiled and said. " Good news its not broken, bad news, its sprained, so im going to wrap it up. Bend over a bit, I want to make sure you didnt hit your head too hard, Ill put some bandages on it and see how it does, ill probably disinfect it as well. " She grabbed some alcohol and put some on a cotton square. " This might sting a bit. " She said as she moved closer to his face, making sure to disinfect all of it. " I think I forgot to thank you, for the sweater and the dog. Also just for being there during my I guess id call it " Sugery " ? Truth was I was really scared. " She admitted. " Youre a surprisingly easy person to talk to you know that right? " She added, smiling. She put a large band aid over the cut.
