He has green eyes that are like an emerald green. He wears a scarf around his neck that is black and he has a white bottom jaw and a white splotch over right his eye. He has the similar white underbelly. Besides that they look very similar.

Could I make a K9 trainee?

As far as I'm aware, K9s that are used on the force are trained extensively before they're ever given to a handler. A K9 trainee wouldn't ever see any actual action until their taining was over. It's a lot like the police force itself. You have to go through the education process before your ever considered for the job.

Ah. Maybe more of an amateur?
