She Nods understanding the severity of the situation " Well, Then Sign me up, I haven't done a missing person's case in a Long time!" She said Rather excitedly. She was finally going to be able to do what she was trained to do. her bright Amber eyes beamed with pride and determination.

Sam looked at her, amused and curious, "What do ya mean by that? Are ya tellin' me yer a police fox?"

"Used to Be, It's a Long Story..." She said flattening her ears and looking at her paws

"Hey now, no need to look so glum, Gorgeous. We're goin' on an adventure aren't we?" Sam said attempting to cheer her up again.

She looked whole lot better when she smiled and laughed. She'd been nothing but happy since he'd met her, and seeing her sad almost felt like getting hit with one of those bats that the Penguin's gang favored so much.

She smiled " Yeah, we are..." Her ears still stayed flat as if she was thinking about something. " where too now?" she asked

"To my group's hideout. They don't know where I am right now. Besides, the more help we have with this, the better. And, let me tell you, there isn't a single stray in my group that is going to refuse. Not after everything that human has done for them," Sam said, giving an amicable grin, "You can come with and meet everyone if you want."

She perked her ears up and gave a beaming smile "Really!"

"Of course, really! I offered earlier, didn't I?" he teased.

She chucked and Rolled her eyes " Lead the way " Holding out a paw to the vent

"You got it sweetheart," Sam laughed.

Lifting the vent in the floor up, he slinked through and held it open further for her.
