Alex nodded, "I think you can leave. At least, that where some people disappear at," he waved goodbye to the other two men before returning his gaze to Pax, "So, what's your name? I didn't hear it at all when we were talking."

Pax would look down at Alex, nodding a little. "It's Pax, I got another person with me, but she's behind us behind a tree." He'd gesture to follow him as he went toward's Skylar, putting his trench coat on as he did.

Skylar had listened to the conversation unfold between Pax and the group, her body tensed for the worst at first. However, it had seemed to have died down at this point, her friend likely returning to get her. She peeked out from behind the tree, and was shocked to see Pax returning with a boy younger than the two of them.

Alex's eyes lit up when Pax mentioned that he had another person with him, and he energetically followed behind his new friend. What was this other person like?

Pax would walk behind the tree Skylar was hiding behind, looking at her. "So, did you listen to any of that?" He'd ask, hoping he could spare time from explaining everything.

(I'm getting ready to head over to a friend's house, so this is likely the last post I'll be able to make before I do that.)

"I heard most of it," Skylar replied. Her gaze soon shifted on the person with Pax, and she was quick to ask about him, "Who's the kid with you?"

Alexander looked at the girl that had been hiding behind the tree. The two of them locked eyes for a moment, but he quickly averted his eyes. He had expected another man, not a woman.

Pax would sigh a little, before looking down at Alex then back up at Skylar. "This is our new Friend, he wanted to come with us and travel in that "Place" wherever it takes us." He'd say this and then look down.

(I'm feeling very meh about Rping suddenly. Hopefully I can work through it though.)

Skylar was glad to see that someone had been brave enough to join them. She introduced herself to Alexander, holding out her hand for him to shake it, "I'm Skylar, Pax's friend."

Alexander shook her hand. It was an uncommon gesture to him, but he knew that it was one used when you first meet someone, "I'm Alexander. It's nice to meet you Skylar."

After the two shook hands, Skylar focused her attention back on Pax, "So I'm guessing returning to the building is our best bet of getting out of here?"

(Just a minor bump. Just don't want this to get lost on the next page)

Pax would nod, indicating that Skylar was right. "Yeah, we should go back and wait to see if it takes us somewhere else. We don't want to be left behind." He'd lead the way to the Building, keeping a eye on his environment.

Skylar kept an eye out for any sort of danger as the three of them traveled back to the building. As Alex had told Pax earlier, there were next to no signs of human activity close to the building. Only the bravest people would try and get near it, and not for long.

(I'm kinda bleh right now in this. Not that I don't have ideas, it's just my brain is more focused on other things.)
