Taking a deep breath, he said "No, I'm fine." He turned around and walked to the cave.
A long, reddish tail hung down from the branches of a lush tree.

Narida frowned a little as she looked to the spot where the creature had been. Beginning to walk towards the cave before making a small whistle noise. Seeing Bandit come out from hiding before sniffing at a tree. Looking up with a growl. Narida turned. Moving under the tree to look up. Smiling when she saw the same tail as before. "Will you come down or do I have to come up?" she whispered. Moving to the trunk of the tree. Slowly taking a step up on the small branch she had made on it. Grabbing a hold of a limb. stopping as she waited for a reply.

Crow shook his head as he watched the girl who had brought them there. She was completely insane. Chuckling to himself at her death threat to the man. "Like you could kill a fly" he mumbled sleepily with another chuckle.

Crimson layed there not turning to look at the girl who was next to him. How could they think he was a traitor? What next? Are they going to tie him up like the guard just because he was from the fire kingdom? He sighed, shifting slightly.

Having slept through the whole scene she suddenly woke. Her hands reflexively tightening on her blades. "What's going on?" She asked sleepily. Her hair delicately breaking free of the frost that had grown upon it. Little fragments of frost falling from her hair like snow from the sky.

Crimson rolled over. Gently taking her hand from her sword. "Nothing, just go back to sleep" he said kindly. A bit of a smile on his face, trying not to show that he was upset. Taking his hand from hers after a moment when he realized his hand might be too warm for her liking.

She then looked over to Crow sadly. Ash put her sword up to the guards throat, the said,"No. I'm not doing this," she looked at Crimson,"I'm not killing you just because you are fire kingdom.". She looked at everyone"I think he should join us."

Echo smiled lightly at him,"oh I thought I h...what? Won't kill you!?" She asked Red, glancing from him towreds Ash. "What's going on!" She demanded standing up and glaring at Ash. Why would the group suddenly be so hostile towreds Red. Her eyes finaly resting upon the tied up fire kingdom warrior and disarray of the camp she sucked in a breath. Understanding now dawning on her she looked back at Red. "I don't belive you would do anything," she murmured to him.

Crow looked at Ash. "what? did I hurt the princesses feelings?" he said coldly. Rolling his eyes. "great, now we're going to keep a fire guard as a team mate. Let's just kill ourselves now" he mumbled. Freezing a bit more around him.

Crimson glared at Ash. Standing up. "I'm not a traitor. I wouldn't attack unless you did first. " he said angrily. Flames covering his hands as his anger grew. "I came here to stop this war just like everybody else..." he said trailing off when Echo spoke. Giving her a bit of a smile. The flame going out on his hands. His anger going down like his temperature. His body soon back to its normal state. A luke warm temp. Moving in front of Echo in a protective way. Still slightly glaring at Ash.

Ash sighed,"I-I'm just trying to help!" she ran off in to the woods"Take a new leader I don't even care anymore.". Ash started to slow and glanced back at Crow,"Bye.." she mummered. She walked to the meeting place and climbed on to Kovu. "Go back home." she told her dragon. He took off and she took to the skies. She looked one last time at the hidden camp. But, in the distant she saw fire kingdom guards, coming her way. They were riding Phoenixs. She yelled at Kovu to go, but it was too late, they shot a GIANT net at the two and they tumbled to the ground. Ashlyn blacked out.




Teh phoenix

Crow sighed. Great, now she's over reacting. Getting up with a grunt he followed her. Watching the entire thing. Jogging over to her. A sharp piece of ice forming in his hands. Beginning to Cut the net. Icing a spot over with his other hand quickly. Making a bit of a wall between them and the phoenix. Ripping off the net, making sure to leave room for her dragon to get out. Groaning as they shot fire. It burning his shoulder slightly. Taking his hands back. Closing his eyes before opening them. Shooting ice at them. One of the guards being stabbed in the neck. Seeing him collapse to the ground he smirked slightly. His shoulder aching with pain from the burn. Nicking the other guard with more ice. Angrily closing his eyes. Trying to freeze his hands. Chuckling when he got it. "You aren't such a strong fire guard are you?" he teased. Taking out his dagger. Gripping it tightly before throwing it. Hitting him in the leg. Missing his target. Lunging forward with his sword quickly. Getting his target this time. Getting him in the heart between the armor. Putting his sword back in its sheath. Turning to Ash. Pulling the net completely off her and her dragon. "you should never go out alone, you'll get hurt..." he said slightly softly as his finger put her hair behind her ear gently. Picking her up in his arms bridal style. Her head resting against his neck and collar bone as he carried her. Going to carry her back to camp.

Ash groaned, to tired to sat something. She slightly opened her eyes and saw a blur of blue, and soon realized it was Crow."Crow?..." she groaned. She stayed laying down in his arms and looked back as Kovu watched them leave. "Is your shoulder alright?.." she asked worried. All the fire guards were gone, what did they want from her? She soon saw a blur of earth, they must have been going through the tunnel. She sighed,"I can't do anything..."
