Personality: Despite her small stature, she has a big personality, she's pretty immature at times, but can be serious if she wants to be, pretty silly and full of energy, yet she's generally under a lot of stress all the time (from what, she doesnt say) and can be snappy, leading many to believe her cheery personality is a facade
History: Elsie is, or, was quite spoilt as a child, her family was rich and they bought her whatever she wanted, that is, until her father's business got shut down, forced to downsize from her large and luxurious mansion to a small town house, Elsie grew up under a lot of pressure to marry someone rich so her family will be able to get back on their feet, Elsie doesn't want to get married, however and had run away from home, when she got the invitation she returned home to her parents. Elsie is also pretty weak and can be clingy
Other: She's hard of hearing and prefers sign language to words (haha I dont know sign language so I'm just gonna be like "She signed, 'hello, how are you?'" because yeah)
Appearance/Image: Standing at 4'9" tall, Elsie looks only to be twelve, when she is really fifteen, she a a long mane of wavy silvery blonde her that goes down to the middle of her back, her bangs are cut even and cover her forehead, her face is round and sweet look, she has round blue-ish grey eyes framed by long black eyelashes, the way her eyebrows are set make her look like she always slightly surprised and pouting, it doesnt help that her bottom lip is slightly fuller then her upper lip, her has a cute 'ski slope' nose. She has a small slim figure and looks a tiny bit too thin, but back home, no one bothers to say anything about her weight.
