There are only two ways to get diamonds:
Purchasing with real money (Ive never done this)
OR
Trading something for diamonds with another player (like festival catalysts or 6vis themes)

Sadly, it isnt possible to earn diamonds in-game. I personally wish you could.

Hi, I saw your question when looking through the forums and decided to answer.

If you can't obtain Diamonds by purchasing them through the Diamond Shop, you can save up Gold and buy them from other users through the Currency Exchange.
