Midwinter in Bluewood was always a spectacle. Despite the unpleasntly cold nights, the snow-dusted greenery and glimmering icicles were a sight to behold. Beaumont waved his tail as took it all in, waving his tail happily as he bounded over the tree roots along the path. "We almost there Nut?" He called up to the Pidgeotto gliding from branch to branch up above. "Almost," Nut assured him, pausing to preen his feathers.

Nearby, Dagon was wandering around nearby, without a destination in mind. He just enjoyed the journey and wandering around, and was curious where he would go next.

A pair of bird Pokemon fluttered down onto a lower branch so that the traveler could see them; A Pidove and a Pikipek. "That's pretty much our job!" The Pikipek giggled. "The nearest 'civilization' is Bluewood Town. You're heading the right way so far." The Pidove added. "I'm Charlene, and this is Flit, one of my partners. People tend to get turned around in this forest, though, so if you'd like, we can lead you the rest of the way." She offered.

"You've heard of the famous explorer Abyss, right?" Filt began as she and Charlene led. "He runs a prestigious program for up-and-coming explorers right here, and it's probably what the town's most known for aside from the friendly atmosphere and the museum. But once you stay for a while, I think the cafe's my favorite place there."
Charlene chuckled. "Easy on the Chatter there, Flit! It'd be nice if this little one could actually _understand_ your reccomendations!"
"Oops! Sorry, rambling again." Filt quickly spoke, then looked ahead fondly. "I just really love this place, is all."
