Beckett watches his brother go, before scrambling into his own room. Instead of a bed, like most places would have, his room simply has a mattress on the floor, which is covered with dozens of pillows and blankets. It's almost like Beckett has created a little nest for himself.
Other than that, most of his room is very sparsely decorated. There's a wardrobe, a low table next to his bed, and a vanity with a stool. There's also a soft brown rug on his floor. After shutting his door, he quickly changed. He was wearing something similar to what he was wearing before, but it was nicer. The sleeves had some gold thread embroidered in them, and the pants were not covered in soot.
Then, he walks outside and waits outside the front door. It's almost an hour after sunset, and he doesn't mind waiting outside, it's nice outside.

Enby gets changed into a baby blue sweater, and white jeans, as his body is more feminine, he looks a bit like a woman instead of a man. He takes one of his bags and puts it on his shoulder. taking his hair out of his ponytail and just lets it hang down to his back, he then leaves and flies back to the shop.

Beckett sits on the bench outside of his shop, his eyes out of focus as he fiddles with the ends of his hair. He's been debating cutting it recently but hasn't gotten around to it just yet. He'd at least like to pull it out of his face, but he has nothing to do as such with.
He snaps back to focus as he sees his younger brother approach on his winged deer, whose name he couldn't remember. His eyes stick on his brother so much, that he does not see the other person headed down the street towards him.

"Soon, in about 10 minutes. We'll start heading down as soon as that other person arrives," Beckett says. Just as he finishes speaking, the other person walking down the street comes into the ring of light coming from the large fixture on the street.
He's about the same height as Beckett, maybe a little taller, and clearly human. He's got straight red hair and amber eyes. Although he's a bit scary looking, he wears a friendly facial expression, making him very nonthreatening.
He taps Beckett on the shoulder, and Beckett jumps slightly.
"Speak of the devil, and he shall come," Beckett mutters under his breath, and the other boy laughs.
"Who's this?" he asks.
"This is my brother, Enby," Beckett explains. "And Enby this is... Vance. Vance Walker," he says, not quite sure what to introduce Vance, and not quite sure how his brother would react to him having a boyfriend.

Enby smiles at Vance and waves, the normally talkative boy now shy and quiet. Valentina lays her head on Enby's shoulder, Enby smiles and pets Valentina. He doesn't quite trust many humans. He's been let down too many times by them, so it makes sense that he would be a bit anxious when around them

Vance smiles brightly at the younger brother.
"Hi!" he says happily. He seems a little upset about something Beckett said, glancing up at him several times.
"You both ready to go?" Beckett grumbles, beginning to walk off without waiting for an answer. Instead of going to catch up with Beckett, Vance hangs back and walks with Enby.
"I like your hair," he says kindly, tossing another sideways glance up at Beckett in front of you both. "Any reason you decided to grow it out?" he asks.

Enby gets startled by the question "Oh- Thank you, no there wasn't a particular reason I just never felt like getting it cut." He says quietly, looking down
