That only made the little one happier.

He smiled softly. "It's honestly something very new to be to be honest, I feel pretty guilty."

And that made Ash glad he could make someone happy

"Guilty? Why?"

The tiny icey finished and smiled proudly up at Ash as if saying 'And that is how awesome my sister and I are, we can survive all that!'.

Jason shrugged. "I'm not sure, it's just this tight feeling in me that I get a lot of the time. I feel bad for all the trouble I've caused ... "

He nodded, as if agreeing.

Puck scoffed. "Are you serious? You shouldn't feel guilty for causing trouble."

Shed snuggled against Ash's chest, warbling happily.

"Why?"

He let the little ice dragon, not pushing the mini Shade away

"Because making trouble is fun."

The ice creature was cool to the touch and surprisingly soft rather than solid like his icey sister. Jason had made the little one, a brilliant creature with a life and feelings. Did any other dragons have that type of ability with dragon ice?

He laughed softly. "Guess so, sometimes I'll admit. I've had my fair share of pranks from house to house after I gave up on staying."

He had no clue, but based on how many ice dragons were running around in the dragon world, probably not.

"See? Fun. Told you so."

Soon Fatespeaker came back, head held high to act like she was still the older sibling and doing just fine.


He smiled and gently ruffled Puck's hair in an affectionate but playful manner.
