Karma says, "I try to keep will giving karma to people but ever time I look away for even a sec a person does bad thing and I get backed up on my work. I can snap my fingers and do a mass karma to everyone but it is not efficient since the right karma will go to the right people and the karma that goes to the bad people will instead go to the good people that didn't deserve the bad people karma.
