Jason liked that he could make Puck fight for it a little, that it wasn't only Puck who could be mischievous.

Ash looked down to the mini Shade, eyes concerned.

The little one was staring after where his sister had gone, but then after a moment let go of Ash's leg and fluttered up to rest on his shoulder. He sat on it and cuddled against the feys neck gently, his body was cool and smooth. He lacked the realistic texture of scales.

He let him until after a while he gently bit Puck's tongue.

He turned his head to look at the tiny dragon. He would've asked something, but thought the better of it.

Puck groaned again, his tongue struggling just a little bit

The tiny creature gave a tentative smile to Ash. "Eee?" He asked, as if to ask if the fey was better after the last time they'd met.

Jason smirked faintly, his tongue messing with Puck's in the grasp of his teeth.

It took him a moment to understand, but he nodded. He sat, leaning against a tree. "Yeah." He didn't really want to talk about it.

He growled again, but wasn't mad or upset about it.

Shade moved down and cuddled into Ash's lap gently, nodding. He didn't want to either, how he'd seen his poor sister sobbing in the floor besides Ash when he'd stood by the window and watched Jason and Puck go. He didn't want to remember having to hurt others, he didn't want to remember the poor look Jason had in his eyes when he'd looked back.

He released his tongue, laughing softly. He found it a little amusing.

Fatespeaker cuddled into the base of her fern hiding spot, burying her little snout into the plant to stop her little icey tears. But her sounds couldn't stop, like the sad trickling of water in a rain storm, but it was clear to hear that it was more personified.

He ruffled Puck's hair playfully. "No reason~."
