(eh, I find with OCs their personality tends to change over time. She's just really bubbly, easily distracted, and has a hard time meeting people because she gets overwhelmed so that's easy enough to mess around with.
Her sickness is basically cystic fibrosis, so easy enough to work with)

(Didn't know what cystic fibrosis was. Looked it up. I get disgusted really easily. The pictures... I did not like.)

(yeah it's gnarly. Just causes a lot of lung and other issues by way of infection and secondary issues.
Figured it'd be cool to write for an ill character for once since I already have a disabled one but this rp is stressing me out so

even though that's hard because I'm not seeing my own world from a 5 year old's eyes.

(it makes for a good writing exercise and I think it leads to more interesting things for them to wrestle with than just trying to slap tragic backstories stories on characters. Those are a dime a dozen and half the characters I have with them wouldn't even dare bring it up in a casual conversation so it would never be relevant to anything anyways. (hi Scias)

I like writing things I have to research, tbh. A lot of mentally ill characters come very easily to me. Writing for things like physically disabled characters or say even psychologically healthy extroverted or emotional characters is harder for me since I have less understanding in those things.)

(Now that I think about it, it is pretty fun to give characters something special that puts them at a slight disadvantage. Like how Hexic will go randomly blind and deaf sometimes.)

Yuko

While Zeth was a bit distracted with Corasi's strange reunion, Yuko was watching Scias drip away. Yuko had been still for a moment, not sure what was happening or what it meant.
After it registered with him that this was not a good thing, he tugged on Zeth's sleeve.


Zeth

She turned back to her falling comrade in time to hear his reply. The peck o the cheek caught her off guard, but what got her even worse was watching him leave her there. How could he? She had always been far to selfish, and now all she felt was betrayal with a dash of grief.
He had just promised her he would stay alive. Like Traqil said so long ago, he was quick to break promises.

She felt herself trembling, finally shedding a tear. She wished that she had done it before. Maybe if the was more vulnerable with him, then he wouldn't always try to be the hero. Now he's gone. No more time for if's and maybe's.

(Eh... trying to draw Binca. I cannot get the hair right. Why Binca?!! Why do you have to torture me with your hair?!)

Scias
Scias held her arms for a moment with his head lowered.
"I'm ..sorry, Zeth. I'll ..come back for you. Promise."
He said as he lost his grip on her as his form destabilized further, leaving a mess of black, briefly electrified ooze over the ground. At its center, a red and white speckled core blinked as if it was transmitting something for a moment before going black inside as its internal electricity died out.
A large portion of the crystalline core had been visibly sliced through, now having part of its internal structure melted though.
