Aria nodded slightly and got into the van. She was very cautious.

"What if they die there? What if they never come back..." She asked herself out loud.
"I know Aria will come back..." Chase said. He couldn't say much about Emily, but he knew Aria could protect herself.
"But I want them both to come back..." She said with a worried tone.
Chase turned to face her.
"Don't worry about them... Ok?"
"I-I can't..." Fawn said sadly. Putting her head on his chest gently, closing her eyes a little tight.
Chase hugged her, hoping to calm her down a bit.

The doors closed and Carl drove towards the place.
"So I suggest not using your powers there, Bat or I don't take kindly to people who try to deceive us. We won't hurt either of you... not like we can do much for the backlash of Emily's power," Carl said, Emily looking terrified.

"As long as she isn't hurt, then I won't have a reason to kill you." Aria said honestly.

Chase held Fawn close, unsure if what to do to help her.
Since Fawn can read minds, if she has her own thoughts in her mind and they keep repeating, then she actually can't here others words than her own. It's almost like an echo effect, the words just keep on coming back and she keeps on remembering them. Therefore her stress and anxiety attacks are awful.

"Do she not tell you healing hurts her? No matter, we are here," He stopped, parking the van.
He picked up Emily, who had her eyes closed, trembling a bit. He pulled out a sleep dart, gently stabbing her with it. She went limp as she stopped trembling.
"It's to help her," He explained, "If not, the fear would get to her. Poor girl."

Aria didn't reply, she kept a neutral face.
'Your fate will not be a good one...' She thought to herself, getting out if the van.

He walked through the building, saying hi to the scientists who passed. Some of them gave Aria suspicious glances, but didn't stop her.

Aria just followed silently, ignoring them.

"I c-can't hear their thoughts anymore..." Fawn said quietly, a tear rolled down her face.

They finally reached a room. Carl went in first, placing Emily on a nearby chair in the room. There where two hospital beds. One had a girl in it, her long white hair floating a bit. Objects around her where floating too, revealing her powers. The other was a boy with blonde hair, he was lying limp in his bed, barely breathing.
"We are here... the drug should wear off soon," He looked at Emily, who was still asleep.

Aria looked around
"What do you do to these people?" Aria asked, a bit concerned.

"Me, nothing. The girl is a hunter who had an accident. The boy..." He trailed off as Emily opened her eyes, looking confused, "Ah, your awake. Best we start. I have doctors outside for you."

Emily nodded slowly, looking scared. She stood up, looking at the two people. She could tell without using her powers that the boy was in the most dire state. She walked over to Aria, wanting to be close to her.
