Lucent



I'd smile, watching the water rising, then falling as storm opening her eyes. "That's going to be useful in the future, a great power." I'd say, my voice in a happy tone. "But we probably should go find a den, before we are trapped down here."

Storm
I grin, bouncing up and frolicking around Lucent.
"I can't believe it! Did you see that? Did you see it?" I squeal, and then realize how cub-like I am acting and try to tone it down.
"I mean, yeah you are right. We probably should, maybe somewhere on the foot of the mountain on the edge of the woods?" I purr, nuzzling his cheek affectionately.

Lucent



I'd sigh, also yawning afterwards. "I believe that will be ok, i think those who are after me gave up by now, so we should be able to make a den there." I'd look at her, and smile. "And i don't be afraid to be happy like that, i won't tell anyone." I'd chuckle a bit, then look around, seeing a exit. "We can leave there, and when we find a den, i want to ask you something." I'd lick her cheek and nudge her, telling her to follow me out of the mountain.

Storm
I giggle, licking the side of his muzzle and following his lead. I walk close beside him, but not so close that it interferes with walking. As we walk, I notice something on my right shoulder.
"Lucent look!" I mew, nudging my shoulder. "I have a bioluminescent lavender crescent." I purr, swishing my tail with delight. My lavender shine seems to blend even better with Lucent's deep blue glow.

*bioluminescent means something that glows naturally >.> took me a while to figure out so just noting

Lucent


I'd look behind me, seeing the crescent. "I guess you have the moon's power now, that's great!" i'd yell in glee, coming over and curling my wing around her. "I'm proud that you have that power within you, it's a great power that will serve you for as long as you live."

Storm
I purr, "Really? But I doubt I will ever be able to harness it like you.." Deep in though, I watch ahead as a faint glow of daylight begins to touch the tunnel walls. I begin to tense up, remembering that Quake from before, but convincing myself that I can trust Lucent and that everything will be fine.

Lucent



I'd look at her, still smiling. "Just because you can't tap into it doesn't mean that you're not blessed, i can't do levitation!" I'd say, trying to cheer her up. We would walk out, seeing the daylight. "Alright...you know this territory better than i do, so you lead us to a den."

Howlite looked at Twister then went through the hole. He came out the other side, very deep under a clear lake. He swam deeper, and saw the city again,"It is huge!" He said to her under the water, not losing his breath. He swam up to one of the buildings and saw a broken thing. He went unto it and started to look around.

Storm
"Ohh umm..." Spirit's lifted, I sniff the air. "This way." I nudge him to follow as I spring along in the slushy snow. We are right where the forest and mountain meet. It doesn't take long until I spot a hole just barely big enough for me and Lucent to squeeze through.

"This den should be safe, since it is surrounded by bedrock and only big enough for us!" I mew, crawling into it. The tunnel delves about three feet underground and then opens up into a large room. The ceiling appears to be solid stone, no signs of cracking or falling. The walls are the same, while the floor is dirt carpeted with moist moss. It is about ten feet wide and eight feet long, with a ceiling that slopes upward the closer you get to the far wall beings it is under the mountain slope.

If I ever had cubs, this would be big enough for them to practice any abilities they developed without the fear of predators from the outside. This would be a completely safe haven.

Lucent




"This is a great den, Love." I'd say, looking at the large room. "It's big enough for us and potential cubs or pups in the future." I'd chuckle, walking to the center and laying down, lifting a wing to invite Storm to lay down next to me.
