Ember cursed herself for ending up near the lake. She wanted to run, but that would just make her look even more upset. She couldn't awim. She was stuck. She stayed quiet and glared at the ground.

A'ine looked at her backing away a little. 'Don't make me have to go and find out. I don't like you being this upset.... And don't you even try to lie about it.' She mind spoke to her smiling reassuringly as the boys walked right past them toward the lake carrying the towels.

Jora wondered what was going on. She hoped that Ember wasn't mad that she was there. She sighed as she pulled off her shirt to leave near the bag. She hung her head not daring to look at Orion. She held her hands in front of her waist squeezing her hands together. She walked quickly toward the beach. She was thin and toned from rock climbing and not really eating. Her skin was rather white but with the bright pure white swimsuit it looked a little tanner.

Alderic saw Jora and smiled. She was very pretty and always tried to down play it. He was sure this had been part of A'ine's plan with this.

Orion followed Jora toward the water. He wanted to tell Jora that she looked pretty,but he didn't know how. Instead, he hurried into the water, adjusting to the colder temperature quickly.

'It's nothing!" Ember snapped. She winced, realizing how rude she was being to both Alderic and A'ine.

Jora lifted her hands stroking her hair down a little. She got a little closer to the water nervous. It was almost six years.

Mitch smiled at the girl then looked back at A'ine and Ember worried. They didn't seem to be figuring out what ever they needed to.

A'ine stared blankly at Ember. "Right. It's just about as much of a nothing as Jora is." She said crossing her arms.

Alderic sighed and took off his tee shirt. He toed the water seeing how cold it was. IT always felt ultra cold to him because of the hotter temperature he was always. He looked back at Jora wondering if it was the same for her.

Orion stood waist deep in the lake, trying to think of the best way to teach someone how to swim. He decided to let Jora get used to the water first.

Ember wiped at her face again. She didn't want to tell A'ine, but A'ine looked pretty determined to get it out of her. Besides, sshe could read her mind."It was just a bad memory," she said, not convincing anbody.

Jora stood on the water's edge looking down a tit fearfully as she crossed her arms over her showing abdomen trying to hide it.

A'ine sighed. "Fine. I guess you don't have to tell me." She smiled weakly. "Besides I think we've all had enough of those to last forever." She said walking back over to Jora. "Jora! You look amazing!" She said realizing how thin the girl actually was. She looked almost sickeningly thin which worried her.

Orion nodded in agreement with A;ine, thankful that she had showed up (although he was worried about Ember) because he was pretty sure he would suck as a teacher.

Ember sighed with relief and turned, not wanting to risk crying in front of everyone. She tried to act casual as she walked into the woods.

A'ine jumped into the water and swam out a few yards in seconds. "This water's so warm!" She said happily as she disappeared down to the bottom. She came back up holding a water smoothed rock.

Alderic was still shivering his arms over his torso, only in to his thighs. "You're c-crazy A'ine! It's f-f-freezing!" He said stepping in a little more.

Mitch sighed as he watched Ember walk away. He didn't know if he should go follow her to make sure she was okay or not.

Jora could tell by Ember's walk that she was going off to cry by herself. She rubbed her arms a little and wondered if she'd like some company. She looked around to make sure they weren't watching her as she walked quickly after Ember. "Hey." She said her voice cracking as she got closer.

Orion dove under the water, and came up next to Alderic, shoving him into the lake. "C'mon, you just have to get used to it!" he said, grinning.

Ember turned to see A'ine, relaxing a bit. "What?" she asked, not angrily this time, just curious.

Alderic was shivering. "Yeah, r-r-right. Let's hear you say that when you're literally the temperature of fire all the time." He said glaring at the boy as he rubbed his arms more.

A'ine smiled at the two boys and went under the water once again. She was in her element when she was in the water and appeared more like a ballerina then the slightly stocky girl she was.
