It's breathing quickly, like it's in pain. It's got some sort of...film, maybe? Something is covering its body. It shimmers in crystalline ways.
It then stops.

Chelsea quickly hides behind whatever cover is nearby.
Drake notices the quicky breath and puts away his weapon. He gently touches the creature trying to wake it and possibly help it.

The creature sniffs the air, looking around behind it.
It yelps and flinches away. He finds there's now blue dust on his fingers. The 'film' is wings. Butterfly wings. They hide the rest of the person, but it's voice is high pitched, definitely female.

Drake bends down to the creature's level, "Please calm down. I'm not going to harm you, and I'm sorry if I frightened you. Are you injured? If so, my mother is a skilled healer with our kind. I can wake her if you'd like."
Chelsea whispers quietly under her breath hoping the creature doesn't see her.

On closer look, she's knocked some salt to the floor. That might have been the initial noise, though it could have been something else. The person refuses to move their wings off of themselves.
She hears the thing resume waking.

Drake picks up the salt and throws it away knowing it wouldn't be safe to consume or safe for creatures outside. He gets out the medical kit and lays it beside the creature. After doing that Drake grabs a plate and gives the creature some food. He lays the plate on the stove and tells the creature that her food is on the stove.
"I'll be just outside the door if you need me," Drake calmly walks away.
Chelsea begins to follow the creature again.

He hears the creature say something, very faintly.
The creature then bursts into a run, rapidly headed down the sidewalk.

Drake walks back over to the creature, "I'm afraid I didn't hear what you said."
Chelsea runs after the creature cursing her lack of speed and stamina.

The person's voice is pained, strained. "Can't...move."
The creature keeps running.

Drake frowns, "Let me help you. I'm sorry if this hurts." Drake carefully moves the changeling's wings and does what he can to heal the changeling.
Chelsea isn't able to keep up after a while.
