"Saw your first ghost?" Luna tried to joke with him.

Knuckles didn't seem that surprised. "Burnout. He was too tired..." He briefly Chaos Controlled the two of them near the Master emerald. "Get some rest." He ordered, not expecting a reply.

Ajal tried to open his eyes but just moaned. He tried to to at least get into a sitting position.

Knuckles pushed on Ajal's shoulder, forcing him down. "Stay," He commanded, less politely this time.

"I came to train not rest." Ajal could beraly whisper. "Let's try this again chaos control."
The emerald didn't even appear trying to say mercy kid you will hurt yourself even more if I come out.

"Kid, I've been trainin' my whole life, and even I know when I'm done. You're hurt, exhausted, and just had a burnout. You are done." He emphasized the last three words as if each was it's own sentence.

Ajal looked Knuckles in the eyes. "You asked for determination and I am determinted to train no matter what." Ajal tried to stand only to fall again.

"Ajal. You're only starting just now to tap into the energies. Much more of this could actually tear you apart, mentally or physically. Even Shadow wears restrainers." Knuckles informed him. "If you wanna keep training, fine, but not until I say you're clear to crash into things again, okay?"

(Knux is acting a bit like Kal was with Selkie, only.... assertive and easily frustrated.)

(Oh very much so and things are only going to get harder cause both Selkie and Ajal are that hard headed.)
Ajal nodded then clutched his head. "Alright you win." Ajal fainted again.

"Finally!" Knuckles exclaimed dramatically.

(The thing is, Knux is equally bull-headed while Kal is a pushover.)
