Like most hotels, they provide a bible along with sometimes other famous books. Eventually, clearly not happy its the best choose, she chooses the bible.

Alex came back into the bedroom wearing a pair of navy-blue sweatpants, his dark hair looking towel-dried. He dropped his clothes on the dresser and went over to his bag, rummaging in the bag and pulled out a T-shirt. There was a tattoo on his left bicep--a black AK in gothic lettering.
