As the laugher faded off into the distance, so did the chatter. By the time you got back to your prison, it was dead silent.

Yin was suspicous of the silence. He'd knew that eerie silence usually wasn't a good thing.

"Well, sorry! I didn't want to interrupt you in case you were receiving some omen or whatever!" the wolf retorted.

Raven

"Anyplace? Sure, lots. Safe places? A few," North replied unattentively.

The wolf blinked back. His mouth spread into a wide O for a split second. Then he growled, "I'll be back." before running off.
