Spartan chuckled, " When I became the alpha the first hunt I sent out brought out a bear cub with some other prey. As a gift to me everyone let the bear for me. I like this so much for that reason. "

Spartan grinned, nuzzling her neck a little. " With you at my side I have no doubt it will. " He said with a wispy tone to his deep voice. He was happy, content, and nervous all at once. He wished that she would be beside him for however long he should live and he prayed it to be that way.
Akira had gone out into the forest and ran into the camp. " Rogues! " the she wolf howled in panic. " Rogues are coming to attack us! " Akira was never wrong about these things-ever.

Soot raised his head, trying to struggle to his feet. However, he collapsed back on the nest with a stiffed yelp. "Screw that fox, " he muttered. He wanted to get up and fight, but his body simply wouldn't let him.

Soot narrowed his eyes. he let out a low growl of frustration. If he could stand, he would be out there. But he couldn't. The beta hated feeling this helpless.
