She had been a bit dumbfounded for a while, unable to bring herself to move or speak. It was a mix of what Scias had said and a strong desire to beat Saras into a brick wall that left her so suddenly speechless.

"Logical." He turned his attention on Zeth, folding his arms as he tried to read her mood from her face. He knew, logically, she was upset, but he didn't seem to know exactly why.
Was it because of Scias or because of the fire itself?
Either way, he felt relieved that she was uninjured and gave her a bit of a smile.

Scias
'Let me talk to her.'

Aesis
'Promise. No guns. Do not engage the one in the armor.'

Scias
'.. He's not even half as invincible as he thinks he is and I know you know it too.'

Aesis
'But a wise man does not choose to make enemies of allies. Regardless of how insufferable they choose to be. Promise.'

Scias
'Alright, alright. No guns and I won't talk to him. Promise. Can I have my body back now, Dad?'

Aesis
Aesis gave an audible sigh as he relinquished control back to Scias. He felt the sincerity of his words, but knowing himself, he knew it wouldn't last long.
'I am not your father, nor would I ever choose to be.'

Scias
'Take a joke, dude.'
He stepped over to Zeth, rubbing the back of his head.
"Some fire, huh? Almost like it just came out of nowhere. Glad you're okay."

She wasted no time in speaking her mind, saying "I'd slap you for being such an idiot and running into the fire like that, but you did save Hexic's life, so I guess I can let it slide."
After a moment of smiling at him, just glad to see him alive, she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Why do you have to be so dedicated to killing yourself. Give my heart a break."

Zeth had felt heart speed up when she couldn't spot Scias after the fire. She wasn't sure what she would do if she lost him. Despite having just reunited, she already knew that she'd never leave is side as long as she could help it. She'd made the choice to love him, and by his adorably overprotective actions and words, she figured he felt the same. It meant the world to her. No, He meant the world to her.

He still couldn't find the cat. If it jumped out at him, his scream would have a pretty good chance of breaking someone's ear off.

"Fire's not really that big of a deal for us. I mean.. The heat's not great if we can't vent it, but the rest of it isn't nearly as deadly to us as it is to you, meatbags." He flicked her nose with the pointy tip of his tail. "But I wasn't going to let you or anyone else die in there."

Zeth

She swatted at his tail as best she could.
"Who you callin' meat bag you plus sized pikachu."
Once she had overcome the slight aggravating from his tail, she was able to get a tad bit more sentimental.
"Don't let anyone die, including yourself. You scared me."

the cat starts looking at everyone from a fair distance making sure everyone is ok.

he then spots Yuko. being to far away to really see him he walks over to him.

(I'm back! And by the way, Saras can turn invisible, can't be tracked by electronic meand, and his armor is ceramic.)
Saras was working on clearing thae jam from his gauss rifle.
