"Have you ever flown before?"

She nodded. "Yes...long time...before...um,ago.Yes ago. Long time ago,when....was six." She said.

"Were you afraid of how high up you were?"

"Not to high....but no." She said,her wings fluttering a bit. On the topic of flight it seemed they longed to be in the air.

"Well then come on! We're going to ride the Ferris wheel." Kate dragged Diana along as they neared the two-story-high wheel.

"F...erees....weal." She repeated,smiling brightly at the new word as she easily kept up with Kate.

She nodded. There was a long line for the Ferris wheel, but Kate could wait. Probably.

D saw the people and seemed curious as to how different some seemed,diversity seeming to interest her. "Many....cool!" She had mostly seen specimens that where fairly similar but still different by some way. Now there was so much more that bewildered her and filled her with wonder.

Kate thought that at a lab you would see a bunch of different...creatures, to say the least, that the variety of people wouldn't be so surprising

The lab D had lived in specified in specific types of hybrids so it was mostly reptilian hybrids and some wolf and bird but not much. Most of them half human as well. She was the only one ,though,that had been half human and half dragon. She was tested most of the time because most didn't believe in dragons so she seemed impossible to even exist.
