"Do you know that bird," Sky looks at Belathan trying to get the hope for the herd back up. The coral is cold and has little water left in it from last night. A man works on feeding the herd and then goes and gets water.

Her spirits lifted a little, "Of course, that's Belathan." she said to Sky before watching the bird. "Is there something you need to tell me?"

Bethan looks worried as he tries to explain quickly using many different gestures. He points toward the forest, the vines, then back to the forest, squakes, points to the new horses then men.

"What? Are the men going deeper into the forest?" she asked him in concern. "Did they get Raven?"

Belathan nods quickly as he flies over to the coral to try and untie it again.
"Is Raven a friend of yours,' A mare from the Evergreen herd asks.

"Yes, yes. We haven't know each other very long but she's very dear to me. Belathan are you sure they got her?" she asked worriedly

Belathan shakes his head, no.
"Wow hardly anyone can even get near her much less talk to her," Th horse replies shocked.

Dove turned to the mare, "She wasn't very nice in the beginning." she said softly. She was overcome with worry for her friend

"That's her for you," The mare sighs, "she was nice before everything happened aloof but nice."
The intruders are watching the forest nervously as one comes back covered in deep scratch marks and kicks.

Dove stares at the newly arriving intruder and silently thanks any higher being. It didn't seem like Raven was with him

Belathan sighs a breath of relief as he perches on Dove's back.
"Raven seems to have skill over plant magic,' Sky observes.
