Jackson looked at her. *you ok, Vexy?*

She nodded slowly "Just old memories, thats all..." She blinked a few times before smiling weakly, still looking out at the vast forest.

Suddenly, the earth exploded.

Not litterally.

A comet smashed into the dirt beside them, throwing up dust. Everyone coughed hard.

When it cleared, it showed a glowing meteor the color of an oil slick, including the rainbow hues.

She quickly dove and covered the other two, knocking them over and wrapped them in her wings in case another explosion happened. Her wings covered them both completely.

After a minute, no other explosions occurred.

Jackson crawled out and eyed the meteor. *woah.*

Ares peeked out, and stared in awe.

She stood and summoned her blades, shaking the dust off her wings and stared at it. Her ears had dipped to its lowest place, her eyes yellow and in slits.
"Dont go near it...not yet.."

The brothers nodded and backed up. Jackson pulled out a sword from somewhere, and Ares went on all fours. Fur enveloped his skin, and his body shifted into a more slender form, his clothes shifting with him. Soon, he had become a large panther, eyes green and slitted, wings at his side. He looked at Vexa, waiting.

She looked back at the thing and circled it, looking for any cracks or if anything moved. Her ears had grown larger, like wolf ears.

There was a large crack on the side of it, and something glowing from inside of it.

She touched the side of rock and jumped back, circling it slightly.
