"Maybe in your lifetime. Take more than a few drips to put me down." Scias managed to get hold of his rifle, aiming it level with his chest with some resistance against his psychic energy.
"Corasi, I don't care what you do, but you better keep a grip on him."

"Impure! How dare you betray your creator!" Umbra growled. His ice-cold blue eyes had a look of rage in them.

"Creator? Don't make me laugh, buddy. I've met robot gods with more hand in my creation than you. I'll put you right back into the primordial ooze you crawled out of."
Scias didn't waste another moment, firing a two rounds in quick suggestion into Umbra. The barrel clicked empty afterwards, the magazine depleted as he was left unarmed as the grip over him ebbed.
Damn it.. He landed on his feet, hunched slightly from the still dripping wound through his armor. Well, at least now he could kick the oaf in the head if he bothered to get up.

Umbra pushed himself up. "You haven't heard the last of me." He hissed, and he ran, bleeding from the bullets.

Not gonna lie, that hurt my legs so much. His tail is strong. She had some beads of sweat across her forehead. She carelessly wiped them away, with Hexic still on her shoulder.

Hexic started slowly healing her, not wanting to go blind, but he knew how much pain she was holding in right now. His hearing was mostly back by now, so he had heard what Umbra had said.
