As the plate was placed before him he lightly picked a slice of apple up and ate it before eating a grape. Before long he had nearly cleared the plate. The star on his head glowed lightly as he finished up the food. It was strange how such a small amount of food could make the world of difference. In fact he felt better than he had in a while, maybe even too well. He stood then. "I-I need to get out of here..." he said to the girl. Help me out to the garden..."

He couldn't answer her despite wanting to. The star on his head glowed in the dusky night. The light grew until it surrounded him, shielding him from the eyes that watched. As the light died away, a brilliant white fleeced horse stood before her. Now only a few could see the horn utop his head, and only then if they knew what they were looking for. Snorting a bit he sung his head up, pawing at the ground as he did. This-this was much better.
