It's not as comfortable as it could be, and you decide some leaves or moss, or even pine needles would have been a good addition. However its too late to change anything now, and you fall asleep. During the night, you wake up, not knowing why. Observation check lv 1 success! Suddenly you notice Essix is moving, and making happy sounds. You also see a shadow next to her, but you can't make out what it is.

I pretend to be asleep for a little bit longer listening for anything the person might say I also watched The Shadow out of the corner of my eye

It sounds like a child. It continues talking.

I stand up and whistle to Essix holding my arm out then turn to the person in the shadows and ask who are you do you know Essix the Falcon I found
